Tune For A Woodland Creature

Set in an idyllic Welsh woodland in the dark of the night, this short film hosts a microcosm of life as various characters, with their own agendas, appear and disappear from the sidelines in rapid succession. With a central performance by wonderfully idiosyncratic dancer Sean Tuan John, the piece is a tiny gem with a warm finish.

This film was first shown at Chapter Arts Centre and subsequently as part of the Dylan Thomas Festival in Hay on Wye in 2011. It has a permanent home in the National Library’s film archive representing contemporary Welsh film making.
